Point of Sale (POS): Dimplex North America
Situation:
Dimplex North America was launching its new Symphony brand of electric fireplaces and needed an intriguing point of sale (POS) strategy to help boost sales.

Solution:
Creative Solutions developed compelling POS displays and corresponding premium offer – a free remote or free fireplace tools – to attract consumer attention and drive product sales.

Result:
Fireplace sales volumes tripled over two years, and the Symphony brand gained distribution through a number of major regional furniture chains in Canada and the U.S., as well as in big box retailers such as The Home Depot and Canadian Tire.
