Situation:
CompuCredit, the largest and fastest growing sub-prime credit card issuer in the United States, needed a cost-effective communication tool for new accounts, and a way to increase the collection of security deposits for their secured card accounts.

Solution:
Given the high percentage of opt-in eMail addresses among the customer base, Creative Solutions recommended the development of an eMail campaign. Each Wednesday, eMails are delivered to all new accounts which were originated the previous week. Messaging is flexible and targeted to each unique segment.

Result:
eMail messaging has proven to be an extremely cost-effective, efficient and timely communication method. CompuCredit has seen a substantial increase in activation and collection of security deposits. The program has been ongoing for seven years.
