Data Processing: GMAC Bank
Situation:
Following the initial launch of a new bank product, GMAC Bank began to utilize multiple internal list sources for its direct mail program, often exceeding ten list sources for a single project. With such a high likelihood of customer overlap, the bank needed an external resource to manage its list processing and eliminate duplicate marketing efforts.

Solution:
Creative Solutions took responsibility for all of the bank’s list processing activities, including file standardization, list source coding, keycoding for test splits, list prioritization, merge/purge, NCOA and kill file processing.

Result:
Our list processing expertise ensured valid tests, timely delivery and appropriate file keycoding, and produced an in-depth, actionable post campaign summary.
